Declining Support for Israel Among American Voters: New Poll Data

Recent comprehensive surveys conducted by reputable analytical centers, including The New York Times and Siena University, reveal a significant decline in American public support for Israel amid ongoing conflicts in the Middle East.
According to the poll results, only 34% of respondents now express greater sympathy towards Israel in the Israel-Palestine conflict, marking a decrease from 47% in December 2023.
Conversely, the proportion of Americans who sympathize more with the Palestinians has increased to 35%, up from 20% earlier that year.
Furthermore, 19% of respondents indicated that their sympathies are evenly split, while 12% admitted they were unsure or chose not to answer.
The survey was conducted between September 22 and 27 among 1,313 registered voters, with a margin of error of ±3.2 percentage points.
These figures highlight a notable shift in public opinion, reflecting wider hesitations and changing attitudes in U.S.
society regarding the ongoing Middle Eastern crisis.
