Russian Troops Advance in Eastern Ukraine: The Situation in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk Regions
In recent days, the military situation in eastern Ukraine has become increasingly tense due to active hostilities and the advance of Russian occupation forces in several strategic areas.
According to analytical sources from DeepState, Russian troops have made significant progress in the Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions.
Notably, they have secured positions near the village of Novoivanivka, which had recently been captured by occupiers, and have also moved closer to Kalynivske in Dnipropetrovsk and Udačne in Donetsk.
Military analysts indicate that the aggressor’s army has intensified its combat operations on various fronts, including Pokrovske and Novopavlivka, signaling a worsening of the frontline situation.
Several days ago, Russian forces also advanced in the villages of Berezneve and Serebryansky Forest in Dnipropetrovsk region.
An important development is the increased shelling around Siversk, a city Ukrainian forces are trying to hold amid ongoing fierce battles to control this key strategic point.
Deputy commander of Ukrainian forces reported that Russia aims to encircle Siversk, but they have yet to fully capture it, despite intense artillery strikes.
Meanwhile, Russian troops are active in the Siversk direction, deploying significant infantry forces in an attempt to break through Ukrainian defenses.
