Kyiv Suffers New Drone Attacks: Partial Residential Building Damage and Debris Falls in Various Districts
The capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, experienced renewed air raid alerts due to a Russian drone attack.
According to the city’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, in the early morning of September 28, a five-story residential building in the Solomianskyi district was partially destroyed, with debris and explosive fragments falling in the area.
Additionally, debris from Russian unmanned aerial vehicles fell in other districts of the city — Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Holosiivskyi.
Klitschko emphasized that all emergency services have been dispatched to the affected locations to respond and manage the situation.
This incident underscores the ongoing confrontation between Ukrainian defenders and Russian aggressors, as new attacks continue to threaten the peace of civilians and heighten concerns among the population.
