Russian Military Uses Drone Attack on Civilian Transport in Kherson Region: Two Men Killed
In Kherson region, Russian occupying forces carried out a strike using an FPV drone targeting a civilian scooter moving near the village of Lviv.
As a result of this attack, two civilians aged 68 and 45 lost their lives while traveling on this transportation.
According to investigators, the incident occurred around 5:00 AM on September 25, 2025, when the invaders deliberately targeted the moving scooter with their drone.
During the attack, debris damaged the vehicle, causing the deaths of both men.
The Prosecutor’s Office has launched a pre-trial investigation into this war crime, which resulted in casualties (part 2, article 438 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code).
The investigation aims to establish all circumstances of the tragedy and hold those responsible accountable.
