On the night of September 25, the Vinnytsia region experienced a series of powerful air raid alerts and explosions as Russian kamikaze drones targeted critical infrastructure facilities across the region.

According to information provided by Natalya Zabolotna, the First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, as a result of the mass attack, parts of Vinnytsia were left without electricity, and train services were temporarily halted.

Fortunately, there were no human casualties or significant damage to residential buildings, although vital infrastructure was affected.

By morning, power supplies had been restored, and train movements resumed as usual.

Zabolotna noted that the Russian forces have altered their attack tactics, now focusing on railway infrastructure to complicate logistics and hinder Ukrainian transportation.

The fire caused by the strike was extinguished around 5:30 a.m., with emergency services working tirelessly to clear the aftermath, involving 76 personnel and 24 units of equipment.

Earlier today, reports also confirmed that Russian forces targeted railway facilities in Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad regions, prompting evacuations of passengers to shelters.

Overall, the situation remains under control, with no reports of casualties or severe damage to civilian homes.
