Trump Predicts: Ukraine Has Every Chance to Regain Control of Its Entire Territory and Beyond

President Donald Trump expressed his firm belief that Ukraine is capable not only of restoring control over its territory as defined in 1991 after independence but also of going beyond those borders.
According to Trump, the key factor is the level of support from European countries and NATO.
In a recent post on Truth Social, he stated: “After a thorough analysis of the military and economic situation between Ukraine and Russia, as well as reviewing the state of the Russian economy, I can say that with the support of the European Union, Ukraine has every chance to successfully resist the aggressor and reclaim all territories within pre-war borders.” Trump emphasizes that the ongoing conflict reveals Russia’s weaknesses: “Russia has been engaged in this unnecessary war for over three years without clear objectives.
The fighting should be concluded swiftly—less than a week—because a modern state should be able to win quickly.
This war does not demonstrate Russia’s strength; instead, it shows it as a ‘paper tiger.’” Furthermore, the former U.S.
leader highlights Russia’s internal economic difficulties: “Russia faces huge economic hardships, and its citizens are dealing with fuel shortages and enormous wartime costs.” Against this backdrop, Ukraine is strengthening its positions, and as problems mount in Russia, opportunities arise for full territorial recovery—or even expansion.
He concluded by wishing well to both countries: “We will continue supplying NATO nations with arms, and the Alliance will manage these resources as it sees fit.
