On Tuesday, September 23, the territory of Dnipropetrovsk region was once again struck by aggression from Russian forces, causing panic among local residents.

Witnesses reported a brutal attack that resulted in human casualties and widespread destruction.

Russian occupation troops used FPV drones to target the city of Nikopol.

As a result of the strike, a 70-year-old woman sustained life-threatening injuries, according to Sergei Lysak, head of the regional military administration, who shared details via his Telegram channel.

Additionally, another woman aged 47 received shrapnel wounds and is currently undergoing outpatient treatment.

A fire broke out at a private residential building on the site of the strike, highlighting the extent of damage and danger.

Moreover, Russian troops have advanced closer to three villages within the region, increasing tensions and security concerns.

This ongoing escalation underscores the fragile and volatile situation in the area, which has been under constant attack for a long time.

Just three days prior, Dnipro experienced massive missile and drone strikes that resulted in casualties and infrastructure damage.

A high-rise building was burned, and several enterprises and garages were damaged.

The international community continues to watch the situation with grave concern, as the region remains perilously unstable and vulnerable to further assaults.
