Ukrainian Resistance Movement: Fight for a Future Without the Russian Empire
The head of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces Resistance Movement emphasized the urgent need for active efforts to dismantle the Russian empire and prevent its rebirth.
According to him, the current Russia, in its present form, poses a threat not only to Ukraine but also to the entire European continent.
Kremlin interference in the internal affairs of other countries, aggressive actions against neighbors, and the desire to preserve imperial identity have made Russia a source of global concern.
Therefore, it is crucial to mobilize all resources to ensure that the Russian empire ceases to exist in its current form, which is the only way to create prospects for peace and sustainable development in the region.During the event dedicated to the “Chervona Ruta-2025” festival, Ukrainian cultural figures alongside military personnel expressed support for the fight for Ukraine’s freedom and independence.
Furthermore, Ukrainian artists united their efforts to aid resistance movements through cultural actions and projects.
The resistance leader highlighted that active work is ongoing on occupied territories and those controlled by Ukraine to enable every citizen to determine their behavior in case of emergencies, such as remaining or evacuating.
It is also vital for Ukrainians to understand that today’s struggle is a continuation of the heroic resistance of their ancestors; the modern resistance movement is its direct descendant.
Activists and soldiers play a major role in this process — each on their front, trying to do everything possible to defend the country and its values.The threat posed by the Russian empire is so significant that all people of good will must unite to dismantle it.
In this context, Ukrainian artists and movements support the military and urge Ukrainians to stand united, persistent, and active in fighting for a future free from Russian imperial dominance.
