Russian Drones Strike Dnipropetrovsk Region Again: Fires and Destruction Night and Day

On the night of September 22, the Dnipropetrovsk region experienced a renewed wave of danger as Russian drones launched another series of attacks across the region, targeting the Pokrov community and surrounding areas.
According to the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, these strikes caused extensive fires, property damage, and destruction.
In the Pokrov community, drones struck once again, igniting a summer kitchen, a garage, and damaging a truck.
The fire quickly spread to an industrial facility, destroying six vehicles and damaging three more.
Private homes were also targeted, with one being completely destroyed.
Fortunately, there were no casualties reported from these attacks.Earlier that day, Russian forces used artillery and FPV drones to attack the Nikopol district, including the towns of Marhanets, Miriya, and Pokrov.
Several private houses and farm structures were damaged in these strikes.
Ukrainian air defense units managed to shoot down approximately ten enemy drones over the region during the night, preventing potential larger-scale damage.
This ongoing conflict highlights the persistent threat from Russian UAV attacks and artillery shelling, which continue to challenge Ukraine’s security forces.Despite these difficulties, Ukrainian defenders remain vigilant, actively working to safeguard their territory and neutralize enemy targets.
Official sources confirm that all recent attacks were repelled and that ten Russian drones were shot down during this period.
