Rescue operations in Zaporizhzhia completed after large-scale Russian airstrike

Following a powerful airstrike carried out by the Russian armed forces on the city of Zaporizhzhia, rescue teams have officially wrapped up their search and rescue efforts.
The attack resulted in the tragic loss of three lives and injuries to several residents.
According to official information from the State Emergency Service (SES), two women aged 40 and 79, along with a 77-year-old man, lost their lives as a result of the attack.
Additionally, two young men aged 20 and 17 sustained various degrees of injuries and were hospitalized.Rescue services reported that the airstrike damaged a private residential house, which was completely destroyed, and caused significant damage to nearby buildings and infrastructure.
Firefighters promptly extinguished fires in a two-story residential building and several vehicles nearby, saving several residents’ lives.
Furthermore, explosive experts thoroughly examined the area of impact for the presence of potentially dangerous explosive objects to ensure local safety.According to SES, five civilians received psychological aid to cope with the trauma.

Preliminary reports indicate that the enemy’s aerial bomb destroyed a private house and caused partial damage to surrounding structures.Recall that earlier, it was reported that Russian forces dropped ten cluster bombs on Zaporizhzhia, resulting in fatalities and injuries.
