Recently, Polish border officials carried out another wave of deportations targeting Ukrainian nationals suspected of posing threats to public safety and national security.

Over the past week, six Ukrainian citizens were detained by border guards, who reported that these individuals had violated both Ukrainian and international laws, displaying behavior that could destabilize local communities and endanger residents.

According to official sources, five of these individuals have already been deported and returned to Ukraine, while deportation procedures are ongoing for the sixth.

The Nadodzhansk Border Guard Department disclosed that the detainees engaged in various criminal activities, including driving under the influence, committing tax violations, financial frauds, thefts, property destruction, and harassment.

All six were instructed to return to Ukraine and have been handed over to relevant Ukrainian authorities at the border.

Additionally, they received long-term bans on re-entering the Schengen zone.

Since the beginning of 2025, Polish border services have deported over 300 foreigners considered security threats.

Previously, Polish officials deported a 25-year-old Ukrainian with prior legal issues who attacked a bus driver in Wroclaw, along with another 15 Ukrainians deemed as potential risks to public order.
