Air Raid Alert in Kyiv and Regions: Russian Drones intercepted by Air Defense Systems
On the night of September 21 to 22, Kyiv and several other regions of Ukraine found themselves under the threat of a large-scale drone attack carried out by Russia.
According to the Ukrainian Air Force and Kyiv City Administration, air defense units are actively working to shoot down the attacking unmanned aerial vehicles.
An air raid alert was issued across all regions as a result of the massive drone assault, which approached the capital from the northeast and east directions.
Local authorities urged residents to seek shelter immediately and stay in safe places until the threat was eliminated.
Military sources report that Russian drones are attempting to breach defenses and damage Ukrainian infrastructure, but Ukrainian air defenses continue to effectively neutralize these threats.
Officials emphasize that the situation is under control, and Ukrainian forces are actively defending the country from Russian aggression.
