Russian Airstrikes on Khmelnytskyi Region: Destruction and Human Losses

On the night of September 20, Russian forces launched a massive air attack on Khmelnytskyi region, causing extensive destruction and casualties.
According to the regional military administration, a civilian was killed during the attack in the Dunaivtsi community, while two local residents received medical assistance but avoided hospitalization.
During firefighting efforts in one of the destroyed buildings, the body of a man born in 1979 was recovered.
At least 20 residential structures have sustained damage, with two buildings completely destroyed.
Emergency services responded promptly, and rescue operations are ongoing.
Besides Khmelnytskyi, preliminary reports indicate that Ukrainian regions on the east and south were also targeted by missile strikes launched from strategic bombers Tu-95, particularly in Dnipro, where casualties and injuries have been reported.
The region continues to cope with the aftermath of the attack, and the situation remains tense and unpredictable.
