Ukrainian Special Forces Strike Russian Vityaz Tractor on Tendra Spit
On the night of September 19, Ukrainian military personnel from the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out a daring and strategic raid on Tendra Spit, located in the Kherson region.
The operation proved to be particularly impressive as during the nocturnal landing, Ukrainian special forces managed to eliminate a multi-purpose Russian tracked tractor, the Vityaz — a vital vehicle used by the occupiers in this strategically crucial area.
According to military sources, including the Viking maritime operations center within the Active Actions Department of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the enemy had laid mine entanglements on the spit.
However, Ukrainian troops detected and successfully attacked this trap.
During the operation, the Russian tractor fell into a mined area and was effectively ambushed.
The military reports indicate that these vehicles are used to transport personnel, weapons, supplies, and other equipment to enemy positions.
The destruction of the Vityaz marked a significant success for Ukrainian forces during this night operation, demonstrating their precision and determination in disrupting the enemy’s logistics chain.
