Russian Drones Cause Major Fires in Kyiv Region: Destruction and Evacuations
On the night of September 18, the Kyiv region faced another escalation of security threats following an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) launched by Russia.
Reports indicate that in the Boryspil district, warehouse facilities were set ablaze, resulting in significant destruction and fires.
According to the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, emergency services promptly responded to the incident, taking all necessary measures to extinguish the fires and ensure safety.
Additionally, in the Bucha district, a fire broke out in a private residential building, which has now been localized.
Fortunately, there are no reports of casualties at this time.
However, the situation remains tense, with military and fire services continuing their efforts to prevent the spread of fire and assess the extent of damages.
