Ministry of Digital Transformation Launches Revolutionary «Diia.AI» Service: Elevating Public Services with Artificial Intelligence
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has taken a significant step towards integrating cutting-edge technologies into public service delivery.
This forward-looking move was marked by the unveiling of the beta version of the innovative «Diia.AI» service, poised to transform the way citizens interact with government institutions.
According to Mikhail Fedorov, the First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation, Ukraine will become the first country in the world to provide government services through artificial intelligence within the «Diia» portal.
The new AI assistant is capable of working around the clock, automatically handling user requests without the need for filling out lengthy forms or providing excessive information.
Fedorov emphasized that «Diia.AI» represents a strategic shift in making the state more digital, innovative, and accessible.
He announced that by autumn, the public will see a revamped «Diia» platform with integrated AI features, allowing users to receive assistance in obtaining various certificates, such as income declarations, simply by chatting with the system.
In the near future, another five services will be launched in this conversational format, including support for opening small businesses and accessing information about child support programs.
The «Diia.AI» system empowers Ukrainians to quickly find and receive personalized advice on government services, reducing bureaucratic hurdles and making administrative processes more user-friendly.
With this initiative, Ukraine is confidently moving toward establishing a modern, innovative digital state that aims to be among the world leaders by 2030 in developing reliable, advanced public service technologies.
