The ongoing attacks by Russian invaders on the Dnipropetrovsk region have once again heightened tensions and caused significant damage.

According to Sergey Lysa, head of the regional military administration, recent hours have seen another wave of drone strikes targeting the area, resulting in tragic losses and infrastructure damage.

Official reports confirm that during these attacks, two civilians — a man and a woman — lost their lives, while three others were injured.

Among the wounded, a 50-year-old woman received immediate on-site medical assistance.

The assault ignited a large fire at a local enterprise and caused extensive damage to private homes and vehicles; dry grass fires also broke out in neighboring areas.

In Dnipro city itself, two more individuals were wounded by drone attacks: a 46-year-old man in critical condition and a 69-year-old man in moderate severity.

Emergency services responded swiftly to extinguish all resulting fires, which also impacted military infrastructure and a fire station, alongside private cars.

Furthermore, Russian drones targeted the Novopil community in Kryvyi Rih district, where a fire broke out and was subsequently extinguished.

According to Lysa, FPV drones were used to strike various settlements including Marganets and Myrivka in Nikopol district.

Officials also reported that eight Russian drones were shot down over the region.

The situation remains tense, and authorities warn residents to stay vigilant due to the potential for new attacks and ongoing danger.
