In the Dnipropetrovsk region, numerous fires and destruction have erupted once again as a result of ongoing Russian attacks.

On August 28, shells struck residential buildings and infrastructure, causing significant damage.

A multi-story residential building was completely destroyed, while several other homes and utility structures suffered damage across the region.

According to the regional military administration, a man was killed during these attacks in the Sinelnikivsky district, and five others were wounded.

The strikes targeted the communities of Malomykhailivska and Pokrovska, employing missile systems known as KABs.

As a consequence, a cultural center, several utility facilities, a garage with cars, and private houses were set ablaze.

Firefighters responded swiftly to contain the blazes, but the damage was already inflicted.

In addition, early morning missile attacks by Russian forces targeted the areas of Slovyansk and Murov communities, damaging industrial facilities and media outlets.

Further explosions occurred in Nikkopil district, resulting in the destruction of apartment buildings, private homes, a non-operational dormitory, vehicles, and greenhouses.

Fortunately, only one person was injured, a 57-year-old man.

The region continues to face devastating consequences, with civilian infrastructure and lives at risk as hostilities escalate.

Ukrainian rescue crews are under threat, with reports of a serviceman wounded during these attacks.

The ongoing conflict devastates the region’s landscape and leads to tragic loss of life, highlighting the brutal reality faced by the local population and emergency services alike.
