Kyiv is once again shaken by large-scale missile and drone strikes that have caused significant damage to vital civilian infrastructure and resulted in tragic human casualties.

During the night, Russian forces targeted and destroyed the British Council building in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Pravda office.

These heinous acts exemplify aggressive tactics aimed at civilians and international institutions, further proving Russia’s ruthless stance in its ongoing war against Ukraine.

Official reports confirm that 12 people lost their lives, including three children aged 2, 14, and 17 years old.

More than 45 individuals sustained injuries, over 30 of whom are in critical condition and have been hospitalized.

The Darnytskyi district was particularly hard-hit, with direct hits destroying part of a five-story residential building, along with damages to other homes, private residences, and kindergartens across Kyiv and other regions.

This is yet another display of destructive terror meant to intimidate citizens and sow chaos.

International leaders, including Belgian Foreign Minister Maxim Prevo, expressed solidarity with Ukraine and condemned these acts of terror.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Pravda editorial office reported damage to their premises but assured that they are operating as usual, awaiting official assessments of the damage.

These incidents highlight the ongoing brutal assault and the resilience of Ukrainians who continue to courageously defend their sovereignty and territorial integrity amidst relentless violence.
