Following a nighttime assault by Russian forces, Kyiv experienced extensive disruptions on key transportation routes across the city.

Law enforcement agencies responded swiftly to the complex situation, closing several major streets to minimize risks and ensure the safety of residents and emergency responders.

According to Kyiv Patrol Police, these roadblocks impact such streets as Kharkivskyi Highway from the intersection with Zdolbunivska Street to the junction with Mykhailo Kravchuk Street, and Boryspilska Street from the intersection with Veresneva Street to the intersection with Yalynska Street.

Additionally, traffic has been halted on Zhylianska Street from Volodymyrska Street to Antonovych Street, as well as on Hlybochyts’kyi Pass from Sichovykh Striltsiv Street to Hlybochyts’ka Street.

Locals and drivers are urged to consider this information when planning their routes to prevent delays and further hazards.

Background: at around 5 a.m., Kyiv’s Military Administration reported the aftermath of a combined enemy attack involving multiple strike elements.

Initial reports indicate over 20 casualties, including a child, and four people confirmed dead.

Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko announced that rescue teams continue working to clear debris at a five-story building on Boryspilska Street in Darnytskyi district, where at least three individuals may still be trapped beneath the ruins.

This attack marks another brutal assault on Ukraine’s capital, deeply affecting residents and prompting authorities to implement urgent safety measures and rapid response protocols.
