Russia’s military losses in Ukraine grow: another 920 soldiers fallen, according to the General Staff

According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ General Staff, Russian military personnel suffered significant losses during the past day in the ongoing war with Ukraine.
Official sources report that an additional 920 Russian soldiers were killed in the last 24 hours.
This figure contributes to the total casualties since the full-scale invasion began, which, as of late August 2025, is estimated at approximately 1,078,750 personnel.
Besides human losses, the invader’s equipment losses include 11,135 tanks, 32,024 artillery systems, 1,212 air defense systems, 53,636 operational-tactical drones, and nearly 60,000 vehicles and fuel tanks.
These statistics underscore the high intensity of Russia’s military operations in Ukraine and highlight the resilience and success of Ukrainian defenders in repelling enemy attacks and inflicting significant losses across various fronts.
