Russian Forces Strike Dnipropetrovsk Region Again: Two Civilians Wounded in Attack

On August 27, the Dnipropetrovsk region once again fell under attack by Russian military forces.
According to the head of the regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak, two local residents were injured as a result of targeted shelling in the Nikopol district.
One of them, a 65-year-old man, was hospitalized with a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds.
His condition is assessed as moderate.
The other victim, a 38-year-old man, sought medical help independently.
Lysak reported that throughout the day, the region’s settlements experienced continuous terrorist-like attacks using FPV drones and heavy artillery, particularly in NIkopol, Miriivka, Marganets, Chervonohryhorivska, and Pokrovsk communities.
As a result of enemy strikes, two private houses, a utility building, a garage, a gas station, and a disused structure were damaged.
Several vehicles and a gas pipeline were also affected.
A grass fire broke out but was quickly extinguished.
Preliminary reports indicate that early in the morning, the Russian aggressors carried out strikes on the Malomykhailivska community in Synelnykiv district with kamikaze drones.
Nearly thirty private homes were damaged in these attacks.
Additionally, in the Mezhivska community, the enemy deployed UAVs attempting to strike residential areas, damaging one private residence and causing another to catch fire.
