Conflict in Kyiv: Dispute Between KМА Deputy and Desert District Head Escalates

During the report conducted by the Desnianskyi district state administration, confrontation arose between the deputy head of the Kyiv city state administration, Hanna Starostenko, and the head of the same administration, Maksym Bakhmatov.

According to Starostenko, she visited the report at Bakhmatov’s invitation to address certain statements made against her, but was met with overt psychological pressure, humiliation, and eventually physical violence.
