In the core of Ukrainian football, particularly at Kyiv Dynamo, significant changes have taken place within the coaching staff.

A Polish specialist, Ma Czej Ken dz or ek, has been appointed as the new expert aiming to elevate the team’s performance and enhance tactical approaches.

The club’s official website announced his appointment, highlighting his professional competence in set-piece strategies and analytics.

Ma Czej Ken dz or ek holds a UEFA Pro license, confirming his high level of coaching qualification, and his coaching career began back in 2003.

Over the years, he has demonstrated his capabilities at various clubs, notably as an assistant coach at Poland’s Raków from 2016 to 2020, where he contributed to winning national league titles.

Additionally, he was part of Lech Poznań’s coaching staff, with whom he secured championship titles, and before moving to Kyiv, led Radomiak.

His experience also includes working with Poland’s youth national team in preparing for Euro 2019.

This path of dedication and effort leads him to new horizons at an already ambitious club.

Meanwhile, Dynamo Kyiv, under Oleksandr Shovkovskyi’s leadership, demonstrated stable performance in domestic competitions, securing three consecutive wins in the Ukrainian Premier League.

However, challenges remain — the team narrowly missed qualifying for the Champions League after losing to Cypriot club Pafos and lost their initial Europa League playoff match against Maccabi Tel-Aviv.

The return leg is scheduled for August 28 and will be crucial for the club’s further development and the realization of the new coach’s goals.
