The National Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) has taken another significant step in supporting Ukraine’s efforts to recover from the devastating impacts of military aggression by Russia.

Recently, the agency transferred more than $3.57 million from sanctioned company ‘ROYAL PAY EUROPE’ to the state budget.

These funds, amounting to approximately 147 million 490 thousand 254 hryvnias, will be directed to the Special Fund for the liquidation of the consequences of armed aggression — a dedicated financial resource aimed at rebuilding infrastructure, housing, healthcare facilities, and protective structures across the country.

This decision marks a crucial milestone in Ukraine’s strategic plan to identify and utilize assets and funds unlawfully withdrawn or seized in connection with economic and defense-related criminal cases.

Recall that in July, ARMA already managed about one hundred million hryvnias in cash seized during investigations into abuses within the defense sector.

Moreover, in August, the agency made its first contribution to the state budget — 1.4 million hryvnias paid by the manager of the International Culture and Arts Center ‘October Palace.’ ARMA also announced the commencement of a campaign to dispose of 14,673 tons of Russian-origin iron ore pellets stored in 215 railcars, further demonstrating its systematic approach to confiscating and utilizing assets of the aggressor nation to aid Ukraine’s post-war recovery efforts.
