Russian Forces Attack Prosecutor’s Vehicle in Kherson Region: Two Injured
Tensions in southern Ukraine continue to escalate as Russian occupying forces demonstrate their capacity to use destabilizing tactics against Ukrainian state structures.
On the evening of August 25, a drone strike targeted a prosecutor’s official vehicle on the critical Mиколаїв – Kherson highway, a key transportation route in the region.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, an unidentified drone infiltrated the area and deliberately targeted the service vehicle.
As a result, a 58-year-old driver and a 38-year-old prosecutor were injured and hospitalized for medical treatment.
The incident underscores the ongoing threat posed by enemy activity in the region and highlights the need for increased security measures for law enforcement agencies operating in this strategic area.
