Major Military Incident in Dnipropetrovsk Region: Russian Drone Strikes Moving Bus, Causing Fatalities and Injuries
On the morning of August 23, a tragic incident occurred in the Dnipropetrovsk region related to ongoing military hostilities.
According to the regional military administration, Russian forces deployed an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) aimed at a moving microbus.
The drone struck the vehicle while it was traveling along a highway near Synelnykove.
As a result, a 59-year-old man was killed, and five other passengers sustained various injuries.
Additionally, minutes after the drone attack, artillery shells hit residential and farm buildings in the Malomykhailivka community, causing further damage and wounding two more people, including a 10-year-old child.
Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of these events, working to establish all details.
