Reforming the Presidential Office: Zelensky Agrees on a New Recruitment Strategy Focused on Combat Veterans

The Ukrainian political scene is once again in the spotlight as the Presidential Office prepares for major reforms.
According to information released by the Head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, the country’s leadership plans to significantly overhaul the structure of the office, introducing new кадровий standards.
The main idea is to ensure that the majority of employees across all departments and units are combat veterans who have verified experience from the ongoing large-scale war.
Yermak stated that this initiative has already received support from President Volodymyr Zelensky, who considers it an important step to boost morale and trust in the country’s governing body.
This decision emphasizes the government’s commitment to transparency, integrity, and dedication to Ukraine, reflecting a responsibility to build a team capable of withstanding the challenges of modern warfare.
The reforms are planned to cover all levels of management, regardless of profile or department, and aim to increase operational efficiency and strengthen state institutions.
Sources confirmed that the process has already begun, and the first personnel changes could occur in the coming months.
