Under Fire: Russian Forces Inflict New Losses in Donetsk and Kherson Regions
Over the past day, the situation in the Donetsk and Kherson regions continued to escalate as Russian occupying forces intensified their attacks.
According to local military administrations, on August 20, the aggressor country’s troops inflicted further casualties, resulting in the deaths of four civilians and injuring nine others.
In Donetsk, all three civilians in Kostiantynivka lost their lives due to shelling, with six more injured.
Four of those injured were in Kostiantynivka itself, and one each in Bilozerka and Kramatorsk.
In Kherson, one civilian was killed, and three others suffered wounds during the attacks.
Official reports indicate that Russian soldiers targeted critical infrastructure, social facilities, and residential areas, causing significant destruction.
Two multi-story apartment buildings and fifteen private houses were damaged, along with the destruction of a gas pipeline, utility structures, a private garage, and vehicles.
The attacks have further destabilized the region, leaving residents in distress and demonstrating the ongoing brutality of the conflict.
