During the night of August 20-21, a large-scale fire erupted in the Dnipropetrovsk region, seemingly caused by an enemy drone strike.

Local sources reported that a powerful blaze broke out at a gas substation in the Pavlograd district, which is now attributed to a Russian drone attack.

News of the incident quickly circulated on social media, with eyewitnesses describing the flames being visible even from the city of Dnipro.

An air raid alarm was triggered, lasting over three and a half hours—from 21:02 on August 20 until 00:42 on August 21.

Preliminary information indicates that the attack involved unmanned aerial vehicles targeting critical infrastructure in the region.

Reports mention damages and destruction at the gas substation, with specialists working to contain the fire.

Additionally, local public pages reported that an object outside the Lozova community was struck by the drones, experiencing intense flames.

Residents are advised to close windows and stay cautious due to the ongoing heavy shelling.

It is anticipated that the impact resulted in widespread smoke and fire in the city and surrounding areas, creating a critical security situation.

Earlier, reports indicated explosions in Kyiv during the night, caused by Russian attack drones.

At present, no official statements have been released regarding the incident in Pavlograd district, but authorities are expected to confirm details soon and provide further updates.
