Explosions Resound Again in Lviv Region Amid Air Alerts: Tensions Continue

On the morning of August 21, the Lviv region experienced another series of loud explosions, alerting residents and authorities to ongoing security concerns.
Around 4:30 AM, the area was rocked by deafening sounds, prompting many to interpret these as signals of air raid alerts.
Maxym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, confirmed that the air defense systems are actively engaged to intercept all drones and missiles launched by the aggressor.
He called on civilians to remain cautious, avoid filming or sharing footage on social networks, to prevent revealing the locations of defense units.
Early reports indicated that at 4 AM, an unidentified drone was detected flying over Zolochiv, and later, another drone was observed near Vynnyky.
These incidents highlight an increasing number of enemy attempts to strike strategic targets in the region, keeping the security situation tense and unpredictable, with the potential for further provocations.
Local authorities and military personnel continue to advise residents to stay calm and follow safety protocols issued by officials.
