Russia open to Securing Security Guarantees for Ukraine with International Partners

Russia’s Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, confirmed the country’s willingness to work towards joint solutions regarding Ukraine’s security arrangements by involving key global players such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.

He emphasized that Moscow adheres to the principle of equality in negotiations and believes that security guarantees for Ukraine should be established collaboratively with these nations.

Lavrov stressed that Russia aims to create a reliable and robust mechanism for security guarantees, in which it will actively participate.

At the same time, the minister highlighted that implementing such guarantees must align with the interests of regional and global security.

According to him, this is a vital step toward strengthening stability and preventing future conflicts.
