Russian shelling in Dnipropetrovsk region: missile strike on Pavlograd and drone attacks on Nikopol district
On Wednesday night, the Dnipropetrovsk region experienced another wave of aggressive actions by Russian forces.
According to local authorities, Russian invaders launched a missile attack on the city of Pavlograd, causing a fire at an industrial facility.
Emergency services responded promptly and managed to extinguish the fire, preventing further destruction.
In addition, in the Níkopol district, the enemy used artillery and drones, particularly FPV drones, to strike several settlements including Níkopol, Marhaneț, Chervonogrygoriivka, and Pokrovska community.
Head of the regional military administration, Serhii Lysak, reported damage to infrastructure facilities, private homes, a gas pipeline, and power lines.
Simultaneously, the invaders attacked Sinelnykivskiy district with drones, hitting Mezhivska and Mykolaivska communities, igniting fires and damaging transportation enterprises and private residences.
Defense forces managed to shoot down one enemy drone, demonstrating the resilience and coordination of Ukraine’s air defense.
These actions once again highlight the ongoing resilience and strength of Ukraine’s defense capabilities, as the country continues to fight tirelessly for its sovereignty and security.
