Large-Scale Night Drone Attack by Russia Triggers Major Fire in Odesa Region
On the night of August 18, Russian unmanned aerial vehicles launched another aggressive attack on the territory of the Odesa region.

According to Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, despite active air defenses, the efforts could not prevent the consequences of the attack.Official reports indicate that as a result of the drone assault, a two-story building was burned down, and a fire broke out at the critical infrastructure site responsible for regional energy and fuel supply.
Emergency services responded quickly and efficiently to contain the fire and prevent further damage.
Over 100 personnel, including firefighters, volunteers, members of the Ukrainian National Guard, and local fire teams, were involved in extinguishing the blaze.
The Ukrainian Railways also deployed a fire train to aid firefighting efforts.Fortunately, according to preliminary information, there are no casualties or injuries among civilians.
