On Tuesday, media outlets published the first images and videos of Ukraine’s latest cruise missile dubbed «Flamingo», developed and produced by one of the country’s leading companies — FirePoint.

This marks the first official announcement following successful test launches that confirm the missile’s high military and technological capabilities.

According to military analyst Vitaliy Kononuchenko from ZN.UA, exclusive videos captured both training and combat launches, illustrating the missile’s ability to operate effectively during testing and combat conditions, with quick deployment for striking targets deep within enemy territory.

The manufacturer, whose facilities are located in protected areas of the Carpathian forests, completed the initial testing phase several months ago and subsequently moved the missile into serial production.

The «Flamingo» boasts a range exceeding 3000 kilometers, a warhead weighing 1150 kilograms, and rapid readiness — it can be deployed within minutes.

This missile can target and destroy objects deep within enemy lines, including long-range drones and other previously inaccessible targets.

Additionally, the missile system is resistant to Russian electronic warfare measures, significantly enhancing its survivability in current combat scenarios.

Multiple successful launches have demonstrated its high combat effectiveness, with the missile striking targets within Russian territory.

The company also plans to expand manufacturing capacity to meet increasing demands, especially for its widely used «FP» drone series, which has become a crucial component of Ukraine’s defense strategy.
