Ukrainian Forces Deploy Robot Machine Guns to Thwart Enemy Breakthroughs in Donbas
In the region of Pokrovsk in eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian defenders have demonstrated innovative tactical approaches in their ongoing struggle against Russian aggression.
According to Ukrainian sources, including the DeepState resource, during recent combat operations, the Ukrainian military utilized advanced robotic machine gun units, significantly complicating the enemy’s breakthrough attempts and pushing them back from the breach zone near Dobropole.
On the Pokrovsk frontline in Donetsk region, Ukrainian fighters conducted a targeted clearing operation in the village of Veselo, destroying enemy troops and equipment.
The involvement of units such as the 93rd Mechanized Brigade was confirmed through released videos and photographs from the scene.
Moreover, Ukrainian forces managed to contain the situation, preventing the enemy from consolidating positions in Hruzke, despite their attempts to do so.
The enemy’s advance was partially halted, with Ukrainian forces also employing various types of unmanned aerial systems for reconnaissance and fire correction.
DeepState reports indicate that the Russian forces tried to advance northward but were swiftly stopped.
Thanks to the efforts of the 93rd Brigade, many prisoners were taken, while reconnaissance units from the Cholloyar division and artillery units played crucial roles.
In addition, offensive ground robotic complexes equipped with machine guns actively participated in liberating Ukrainian territories, firing directly at enemy groups even at close range.
It is also noted that in certain villages, such as Andriivka, Russian troops quickly raised their flags but were soon eliminated by Ukrainian forces.
Ukrainian soldiers effectively repelled breaches near Dobropole and maintained control of key positions, preventing further enemy advances.
