International Coalition Ready to Secure Ukraine: Renewed Support and Upcoming Diplomatic Visits

At the recent meeting of an international coalition comprising leading European nations, including France, the United Kingdom, and other allies, the allies reaffirmed their readiness to bolster Ukraine’s security framework.
Following this gathering held on August 17, chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, participating countries united in their commitment to support Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The representatives announced that if the conflict deepens, they are prepared to deploy stabilization and defense forces to safeguard Ukraine’s airspace and maritime borders, as well as assist in rebuilding and modernizing the Ukrainian military.
Leaders emphasized their unwavering backing for Kyiv and highlighted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s efforts to achieve a just and lasting peace.
Ahead of significant diplomatic visits to the United States, including a planned meeting with U.S.
President Donald Trump in Washington, Zelensky received strong international support, particularly from Macron and Sunak.
The discussion centered on security guarantees for Ukraine, with a focus on the role that the coalition and multinational forces will play in securing peace.
Additionally, the leaders announced they will travel to Washington tomorrow for the diplomatic talks.
According to media reports, after the meeting with Zelensky, Trump intends to hold a trilateral summit with Putin on August 22.
Meanwhile, Kremlin demands remain strict, calling for the withdrawal of Ukrainian troops from the entire Donbas region, protection of Russian-speaking populations, and the lifting of certain sanctions against Russia.
