Washington Incident: Man Throws Sandwich at Officer and Faces Felony Charges

A 37-year-old man named Sean Charles Dunn, in an emotional state, abruptly threw a sandwich at a Border Patrol officer during an altercation.

Witnesses reported that Dunn yelled, ‘Why are you here? I don’t want you in my city!’, then pointed at officers and called them ‘fascists.’ The incident was caught on video, showing Dunn throwing a large Subway sandwich at a law enforcement officer.

He has now been charged with assault, resisting arrest, or obstructing law enforcement duties.
Prosecutor Janine Pirro described the case in a social media video, stating, ‘If you assault an officer, you will be prosecuted for a felony,’ emphasizing that such actions will not remain unpunished.
