The ongoing hostilities in eastern Ukraine continue to cause devastation, as Russian occupation troops persist in deploying heavy weaponry against civilian settlements.

Recently, a tragic incident occurred in the town of Bilozerske, located near the front lines, where Russian aircraft dropped 250-kilogram incendiary bombs targeting a residential district.

The explosions led to significant destruction and casualties.According to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the attack resulted in the deaths of two civilians — a 34-year-old woman and a 43-year-old man — who died instantly.

An additional eight individuals sustained injuries of various degrees, including shrapnel wounds, contusions, and traumatic brain injuries.

Among the injured was a 16-year-old teenager.

The shelling damaged several cars, an administrative building, and eight multi-story residential buildings, with a five-story building partially destroyed. This incident highlights the ruthless tactics employed by Russian forces, who continue to target cities and villages in eastern Ukraine, destroying homes and provoking a humanitarian crisis.

Similar attacks have also taken place in Kramatorsk, where, at the end of July, five-story buildings were hit, killing six civilians and injuring 13 others.

These events reflect the systematic and cynical approach of the aggressors, who deliberately devastate civilian infrastructure and instill fear among the local population.
