Within the secret underground facilities and on the grounds of the former Sevastopol aircraft plant, which has now been transformed into the headquarters for Russian military aviation forces, active planning and command of combat operations against Ukraine take place.

This site, widely known in military circles as the ‘helicopter factory,’ was repurposed by the Russian authorities into a powerful control and logistics hub for aviation missions.

The plant has become an integral part of the system coordinating attacks on southern Ukraine.

According to Ukrainian partisans from the «ATESH» movement, a command post is located on the premises — a modern operational center for planning, target selection, and execution of air strikes, as well as reconnaissance activities.

This center also functions as a high-tech node where Russian Aerospace Forces officers from Dzhankoy and Rostov-on-Don regularly arrive to make strategic decisions, coordinate tactics, and respond swiftly to changing combat conditions.

The partisans added that this facility directly influences the intensity of Russian strikes on cities like Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia, controlling the deployment and training of aviation units.

The gathered intelligence is transmitted to Ukrainian defense forces, enabling more effective counteractions.

The partisans are also preparing new operations, including strikes against the Kacha airbase, further emphasizing their ongoing efforts to undermine Russian military infrastructure.

This information sheds light on the scale of Russian aviation operations and their strategic targets in the occupied territories of Ukraine, revealing a complex network of command and logistical support behind ongoing attacks.
