Last week, Ukrainian defenders, notably the 32nd separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, achieved significant breakthroughs in their fight against Russian invaders along the Pavlivka sector.

President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that these military units eliminated more than 200 enemies during the seven-day period, including 209 Russian soldiers.

This result was achieved through persistent combat operations, with 137 clashes recorded just in the last 24 hours.

Meanwhile, Russian troops continue exerting pressure along the entire front line, causing widespread destruction and civilian casualties.

Over the past week, the enemy dropped more than a thousand aerial bombs onto Ukrainian territory, deployed nearly 1400 drones, and carried out devastating missile strikes on civilian infrastructure.

Zelensky stressed that Russia is deliberately prolonging the war and refusing to cease hostilities, which calls for increased international pressure.

He emphasized that Ukraine should not give any rewards or concessions to the aggressor, viewing such acts as morally and strategically unacceptable.

Despite the challenging circumstances, Ukrainian forces maintain their positions and actively work to destroy or push back the enemy, even on the most difficult sectors of the front.

The country continues strengthening its air defense systems to protect its civilian population from mass missile strikes.

Zelensky called on the global community to escalate sanctions and diplomatic pressure on Russia, which continues its aggressive actions and violence against Ukrainians.

He also highlighted ongoing ongoing efforts to ensure justice and peace, including upcoming high-level negotiations with the United States and Russia, scheduled for August in Alaska.

The Ukrainian leadership is coordinating daily with allies to ensure that the peace process remains fair and balanced.

Zelensky emphasized that the future peace negotiations must uphold principles of justice, and he assured that Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts remain steadfast to defend its sovereignty and security.
