The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially refuted the widespread claims circulating among Russian and pro-Russian informational sources regarding the alleged capture of the village of Dachne in Dnipropetrovsk region by Russian troops.

It is confirmed that this settlement remains under Ukrainian control, and Ukrainian defenders continue to hold their positions along established frontlines.

The military authorities emphasized that Ukrainian forces are actively preventing the enemy’s advance and inflicting significant personnel losses on the Russian side.

Previously, reports indicated clashes near the border with Donetsk region, but at present, there is no confirmed information about the complete occupation of the village.

Most of Dachne remains in what is known as a ‘grey zone,’ and active combat operations persist in the area.

Despite Russian claims of capturing a foothold in Dnipropetrovsk oblast, Ukraine’s military leadership assures that control over the region is still maintained.

According to DeepStateMAP, only a part of the settlement is under enemy influence, with intense fighting ongoing in the region.

The Ukrainian military continues to provide a formidable defense, preventing Russian forces from altering the security situation on the ground.
