In the heart of Sumy city, another episode unfolded in the ongoing narrative of aggressive psychological and physical warfare waged by Russian forces, as on the morning of August 10, a Russian unmanned aerial vehicle targeted the roof of the regional administrative building.

According to Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, this incident is yet another illustration of Moscow’s systematic efforts to exert psychological pressure and undermine stability in the region.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported as a result of the attack, although the incident underscored the dangerous tactic of kamikaze drones Russia is actively deploying to intimidate civilians and weaken the Ukrainian defense.

Grigorov urged residents to stay vigilant during air raid alerts and to avoid areas near administrative and critical infrastructure sites to minimize risks.

Experts highlight that such attacks serve not only to physically destroy infrastructure but also to psychologically destabilize society, increasing tension and complicating the security situation in the region.
