Police units, including the investigative team of the Lviv district police, regional police officers, and patrol officers, responded promptly to the call.
Upon arrival, law enforcement detained a man who had a quarrel with a store security guard.
The suspect was identified as a 36-year-old resident of Zaporizhzhia region.

This incident follows other recent security episodes in the city, including a standoff in Cherkasy on August 5, where a man threatened to detonate two grenades and engaged in a confrontation with military personnel, armed with a pistol.
Police negotiations resulted in the arrest of the attacker, with charges pending related to illegal possession of weapons, threats to officials, and obstructing military operations.
No injuries were reported during these incidents.
Additionally, two days after the Cherkasy event, a shooting occurred at a McDonald’s restaurant in the city.
