Ukraine has fulfilled all commitments and is ready to open its first accession negotiation cluster with the EU

A significant step forward in Ukraine’s path to European integration has been achieved as the country reaffirmed its responsibilities to the European community.
President Volodymyr Zelensky confidently stated that Ukraine has fulfilled all obligations and is now fully prepared to launch the first negotiation cluster, marking an important milestone toward EU membership.
He emphasized that all diplomatic efforts necessary for integration have already been undertaken, and now it is crucial to advance the process by engaging in constructive dialogue with European partners, ensuring transparency and fairness in the accession procedures.Notable were Zelensky’s phone conversations with leading European leaders, including the UK Prime Minister, Estonia’s and Denmark’s premiers, the President of France, the Prime Minister of Spain, and the President of Finland.
During these discussions, the Ukrainian leader received strong support and reaffirmed confidence in joint efforts to end the war and guarantee Ukraine’s security.
Particular attention was paid to diplomatic coordination, partnership, and preparations for upcoming negotiations.
Zelensky pointed out that Ukraine has already met all obligations necessary to initiate the EU integration process and should now move quickly to foster peace and stability across Europe.Summing up, he stressed that Ukraine, together with international partners, is working to find pathways for ending the war and ensuring security guarantees.
