Frontline Battles: Over 160 Engagements and Increased Enemy Activity Across Multiple Sectors

Over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s eastern front has seen more than 160 military engagements between Ukrainian defenders and Russian invaders.

The most intense fighting occurred in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka directions, where Ukrainian troops are valiantly repelling enemy attempts to advance.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the adversary employed a variety of weaponry during these hostilities, including two missiles, 74 airstrikes, 122 guided bombs, and nearly 5,100 kamikaze drones.

These aggressive actions are exerting significant pressure on Ukrainian defensive positions and infrastructure.

On the Pokrovsk sector, defenders successfully repelled 45 enemy attacks in villages such as Zvirove, Volodymyrivka, Rodinske, and others.

Similarly, on the Novopavlivka front, Ukrainian forces thwarted 26 enemy assaults around villages like Filia, Zelene Pole, Tolstaya, and more.

The battle also intensified on the Lyman direction, where the enemy launched 24 attacks, attempting to break through Ukrainian defenses in areas including Hrekyvka, Karpivka, Zaryne, and neighboring settlements.

Meanwhile, the enemy maintains active operations along northern and southeastern sectors, conducting numerous air and artillery strikes alongside drone raids.

Ukrainian troops are rigorously defending key positions across all critical points of the front, ensuring stability in regions under Ukrainian control.

The use of diverse weaponry and continuous efforts to counter the occupiers underline the ongoing high tension and intensity of this protracted conflict.

Despite relentless challenges and threats, Ukrainian soldiers remain steadfast in their fight for independence and territorial integrity, demonstrating resilience day after day in this ongoing war that has lasted many months.
