On the morning of July 6, a significant emergency unfolded in Kremenchuk as an enemy drone attack struck the city, causing extensive destruction and human injuries. According to official reports, an unmanned aerial vehicle targeted the district center for military recruitment and social support, resulting in a fire that engulfed the two-story building over an area of approximately 700 square meters. The fire lasted more than three and a half hours, with firefighting efforts involving 22 units of equipment and around 87 emergency responders. One woman was injured during the attack and was hospitalized. Additionally, 14 residential buildings and five passenger cars suffered damage, and several lives and injuries were reported. The attack also caused significant infrastructure damage across the city, complicating the local authorities' emergency response. The incident occurred around 9:35 am, signaling an alarming escalation in military operations in the region. The drone strike underscores the ongoing threat faced by the local population and highlights the urgent need for enhanced security measures amidst the rising tensions in the area.
