In recent weeks, Ukrainian sources and partisan movements report significant changes in Russian military tactics in eastern Ukraine. According to information released by the partisan group "ATESH," Moscow is actively relocating anti-aircraft systems (PPO) from temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk to the strategically critical Crimean peninsula. This redeployment indicates that securing Crimea has become a top priority for the Russian command and aims to reduce risks to military targets in Ukraine's eastern regions. Based on the insurgents' reports, this maneuver creates conditions for increased strikes on Russian facilities in Donetsk, especially command centers and ammunition depots that are attempting to conceal their locations from Ukrainian attacks. Notably, these include the headquarters of the 8th Army of Russia and logistics bases in Khartsyzsk. Meanwhile, Ukrainian partisans urge local residents to remain vigilant and share information about military movements, promising rewards for valuable intelligence. Furthermore, on June 30, Ukraine's General Staff officially confirmed a strike on the control point of the 8th Russian Army in the temporarily occupied Donetsk region. On the night of July 1, explosions rocked Luhansk, resulting in fires at several key facilities, including logistics bases and possibly an oil depot, highlighting the growing activity of Ukrainian forces and partisan resistance in the region.
