With relentless determination and high combat readiness, Ukrainian troops continue to defend their homeland against large-scale enemy offensives. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, over the past day, Ukrainian defenders managed to repel 77 attempts by Russian forces aiming to seize key positions, particularly in the Pokrovske and Novopavlivske sectors. During this period, 171 combat encounters took place, indicating intense conflict and persistent efforts to retain every piece of Ukrainian territory. Active fighting persisted in the North-Slobohańsk and Kursk directions, where the enemy launched 19 clashes, utilizing aviation and artillery, dropping more than twenty guided bombs, and conducting over 300 shelling attacks — including strikes from multiple rocket launcher systems. In the south, the situation remained tense, with the enemy conducting 16 attacks on the villages of Vovchansk, Zelene, Miloove, and surrounding areas. Defense forces also repelled over eight attacks in the Kupiansk sector, preventing enemy breakthroughs in regions such as Radyvka, Stepova Novoselivka, and Zelenyi Hai. On the Lyman front, Ukrainian troops fended off 18 enemy assaults near Kopanok, Novyi Myr, and other critical locations. At the same time, in the Severodonetsk and Kramatorsk sectors, Ukrainian defenses successfully withstood enemy assaults near Bilorivka and Chasiv Yar, preventing enemy advance. On the Toretsk and Pokrovske sectors, Ukrainian units repelled several attacks in areas such as Leoniivka and Myronivka. Equally significant were efforts in regions like Novopavlivka and Orikhiv, where defenders held their positions despite persistent enemy attempts to break through. On the southern front, fierce battles took place near Perebudova, PidDubne, and other towns, where Russian forces suffered substantial losses in manpower and equipment. Meanwhile, in the Huliaipole and Prydniprovsk directions, no active hostilities were recorded, and signs of enemy offensive formations are absent on the Volyn and Polissia fronts. Overall, Ukrainian military personnel continue systematically degrading the enemy’s combat capabilities, actively undermining their logistics and offensive potential behind enemy lines, thereby strengthening Ukraine's overall defense and reducing the likelihood of large-scale enemy offensives.
