Last night, Russia launched another large-scale air assault on Ukrainian territory, deploying its full arsenal of attack drones and missiles. According to official reports, Ukraine's defense forces managed to intercept and eliminate 79 enemy targets, including 40 drones shot down by electronic warfare and air defense systems, which diminished their operational effectiveness. Despite significant advancements in Ukraine's air defense, some missiles and drones still reached their targets, causing damage. In total, 14 drone strikes were confirmed across various regions of the country, with two affecting the Kharkiv region, resulting in fires and destruction. Emergency services reported fires in residential and commercial buildings, including in Kharkiv, where a one-story house caught fire after a drone hit, alongside damage to parked vehicles, apartment buildings, infrastructure, and public transport stops. Fortunately, there were no casualties reported. Additionally, in the Kupyansk district, at least one person was killed, and several others were wounded following an attack on agricultural facilities in Borivske and Voloskaya Balakliya villages. The attack involved 114 Shahed drones from five directions and four S-300 missiles launched from the Kursk region, indicating a well-coordinated and precise operation by the adversary. The situation remains tense, but Ukrainian defenders continue to repel enemy strikes and maintain control over the situation.
